Design your impression at 1:1 scale: minimum 7-point font, lines and borders of at least 1 point, all in pure black. No need to mirror your file: the engraving process handles that, so your preview matches the stamped impression exactly. Allow roughly one line of text per 4–5 mm of die height - a 46 × 17 mm comfortably holds a company name, address and registration number.
