The rubber stamp that validates all your documents

Quotes, invoices, delivery notes, official letters: the company stamp remains the fastest way to date, certify and sign your paperwork. Your impression — contact details, registration number, “paid” notice, logo — is laser-engraved into the rubber for a crisp, durable result from the very first impression.

Four families of mounts to choose from: the classic beechwood stamp, available up to the large 80 × 50 mm format; the eco self-inking mount in recycled plastic; the compact Printy, the benchmark self-inking stamp for the office; and the Professional with metal mount for intensive use. And when your details change, order just the replacement text plate: the engraved die is swapped, the mount is kept.

Impression

Laser-engraved rubber, monochrome black — text crisp from 7 pt, lines from 1 pt. No mirroring needed in your file.

Sizes

22 impression sizes from 25 × 8 mm to 80 × 50 mm, round (Ø 24 to Ø 50 mm) and rectangular shapes.

Ink

Blue, black or red — built-in ink cassette on self-inking mounts, separate ink pad for wood.

Which stamp for which job?

Each mount has its speciality — and all of them accept a replacement text plate: this stamp-and-plate pairing is what makes your equipment last.

Wooden stamp

The beechwood classic. Large formats up to 80 × 50 mm, perfect for logos and official seals.

Green Line (eco)

Self-inking mount in recycled plastic. The responsible choice for everyday use.

Printy (self-inking)

Compact and lightweight, the quintessential office self-inker. 7 sizes, round or rectangular.

Professional (metal)

Brushed steel mount, weighted and precise. For teams that stamp all day long.

Text plate only

The engraved refill for your mount: new address, new logo — without buying a new stamp.

Preparing your impression

Design your impression at 1:1 scale: minimum 7-point font, lines and borders of at least 1 point, all in pure black. No need to mirror your file: the engraving process handles that, so your preview matches the stamped impression exactly. Allow roughly one line of text per 4–5 mm of die height — a 46 × 17 mm comfortably holds a company name, address and registration number.

For layout advice, our printing guide covers file preparation in detail, and your file is checked free of charge before engraving. A question, a batch of stamps for several branches, an unusual size? The AI quote assistant answers in seconds. To complete your office stationery, also see our custom sticky notes.

Frequently asked questions

Which stamp model should I choose?+
Occasional use or large format (up to 80×50 mm): beechwood stamp with a separate ink pad. Several impressions a day: self-inking mount — eco in recycled plastic, compact Printy for the office, or metal Professional for intensive use (banks, public offices, professional firms).
What is the difference between a stamp and a text plate?+
The stamp is the complete unit: mount plus engraved rubber die. The text plate is the engraved die on its own: the refill that clips onto your self-inking mount or sticks onto the wooden mount. When your address, registration number or logo changes, you replace only the plate — at a much lower cost.
How many lines of text are possible?+
Roughly one line per 4–5 mm of height: 1–2 lines at 25×8 mm, 3–4 lines at 46×17 mm, up to 7–8 lines or a logo plus full contact details at 59×39 or 66×45 mm. Minimum 7 pt font, minimum 1 pt lines.
Which ink colours are available and how do I refill?+
Blue, black or red ink. On self-inking mounts, the built-in ink cassette swaps out in seconds, without mess, and delivers several thousand impressions.
How long does a stamp last?+
The laser-engraved plate withstands tens of thousands of impressions; the mount lasts for years (even longer for the metal Professional). Worn die or new details: order a replacement text plate in the right size, no need to buy a whole new stamp.
What are the lead times?+
Engraving and dispatch on the Standard service, around 6 working days — the exact delivery date is shown in the configurator before you order. File checked free of charge, no mirroring needed.
