Which file formats do you accept?
PDF (ideally PDF/X-4), JPG, PNG and TIFF. A high-resolution PDF with bleed is the most reliable. Our tool analyses your file and tells you whether it is print-ready.
What is bleed?
A 2 to 3 mm margin (depending on the product) around the finished size, which you fill with your background and which is trimmed off at cutting. It prevents white edges on your printed product. Download our templates to get it right easily.
What resolution should I aim for?
250 to 300 dpi for photos and images, 150 dpi for posters and signage with text. Work in CMYK (not RGB) for colours that stay true in print.
Do you check my files before printing?
Yes, free of charge. We check the size, bleed, resolution and colour mode, then send you a proof to approve. Nothing is printed without your approval.
I have no print file or artwork, what can I do?
Our AI assistant creates your print-ready artwork from a simple description of your business — front/back, bleed included. And if you have a logo, it is integrated without any distortion.
How do I order and get a price?
Two ways: the configurator on each product page (size, quantity, options → instant price and delivery date), or the AI assistant, which builds your offer and prices an editable quote.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card (secure Stripe payment), PayPal and bank transfer.
What are the delivery times?
They depend on the product and options; the estimated date is shown before you order. An express option is available to bring the date forward.
Can I track my order?
Yes, from your customer account: real-time status, files, invoices and order history. You can also reorder in one click at the current price.
Are you a professional printing company?
Yes — ReflexPrinting is an online print shop dedicated to professional print products: print quality, file checking, expert support, and volume discounts as quantities increase.
