1. Purpose

These terms and conditions of sale govern all sales of printed products and printing services carried out by ReflexPrinting through the website reflexprinting.fr. Placing an order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these terms.

2. Orders

An order becomes final once the cart has been confirmed, these terms accepted and payment completed. An order summary is sent to the customer. ReflexPrinting reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of a dispute or a non-compliant print file.

3. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros, with VAT added or included as displayed. Online prices are confirmed at the time of ordering. Any delivery charges are stated before payment.

4. Payment

Payment may be made by bank card (via the secure provider Stripe), PayPal or bank transfer. Production starts once payment has been received (or the transfer credited). ReflexPrinting does not store any card details.

5. Print files & proof approval

The customer is responsible for the content and compliance of their files. ReflexPrinting performs a free file check (size, bleed, resolution, colour profile) and may issue a proof. The customer's approval of the proof commits the job to production: no claim relating to an approved element will be accepted. AI-generated visuals are proposals; the final file is checked before printing.

6. Lead times & delivery

Displayed lead times are estimates and run from approval of the file and receipt of payment. ReflexPrinting cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier. Risk passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier.

7. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are personalised or made to the customer's specifications (custom printing). Personalised printed products are therefore neither returned nor exchanged, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

8. Claims

Any claim (defect, non-conformity) must be reported within 14 days of receipt, with supporting photos, to contact@reflexprinting.fr. Where a defect attributable to ReflexPrinting is established, the product will be reprinted or refunded.

9. Liability

ReflexPrinting's liability is limited to the value of the order concerned. Slight colour variations (inherent to the printing process) do not constitute a defect.

11. Disputes

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of La Rochelle.
