Handles vary depending on the look you want: paper cord, fabric cord (soft, high-end finish) or die-cut handles (modern, clean look). Which board should I choose for my project?+
Akilux (honeycomb polypropylene) is light, rot-proof and economical for temporary signage, real estate and construction sites. Forex (expanded PVC) offers a smooth surface for POS displays and decor. Dibond (aluminium composite) is flat, rigid and very durable for signs and facades. Cardboard (single wall, double wall or Reboard) is recyclable for indoor POS displays.
Akilux, Forex or Dibond: what's the difference?+
Akilux is honeycomb and the lightest; Forex is solid expanded PVC, smooth and economical; Dibond is aluminium composite, the flattest and most durable for exposed outdoor use.
Do the boards withstand the outdoors?+
Akilux, Forex and Dibond are suited to outdoor use (Dibond being the most durable). Cardboard is reserved for dry indoor use and short-term needs.
