• Identity & company: name, company name, VAT number.
• Contact details: e-mail, phone, delivery and billing addresses.
• Orders: products, quotes, invoices, print files supplied.
• Account: e-mail and password (encrypted, never accessible in plain text).
• Technical data: connection logs required to run the service.

• Processing orders, quotes, invoices and delivery.
• Managing your customer account and order tracking.
• Performing file checks and managing the customer relationship.
• Responding to your enquiries via the contact form.

Legal basis

Performance of the contract (orders), legitimate interest (customer relationship), legal obligation (invoicing), and consent where applicable.

Retention periods

Order data and invoices are kept in line with statutory accounting obligations (10 years). Account data is kept for as long as the account remains active. Print files are kept for as long as required for production and after-sales service.

Processors & hosting

Your data is processed through secure providers: Supabase (database & storage, EU), Vercel (website hosting), Stripe and PayPal (payment). These providers use your data solely to deliver their service.
